Good Features: Comfortable to wear all day. Excellent 90 Day Warranty.
Bad Points: Not user friendly. The button is hard to work, didn't pick up the call right away as we expected. We bought 2 headsets and returned 2 headsets. This unit did not perform up to our expectations.

Nice BT set but sound quality is compromised |

I lost my Voyager 510 and wanted to try a smaller unit so I purchased the 520. Leave it to Plantronics with exceptional quality and sleek, stylish look. The desk cradle is a nice touch also. Voice dialing was flawless every time. The controls were a little stiff but easy to use. Very comfortable unit to wear, more comfortable than the Voyager 510 due to less bulk. The 520 paired easily and quickly with my Moto Q, however. sound quality was compromised, too much treble, lots of crackling which interfered with understanding others. Noise cancellation did not work as callers complained they could hear what I was doing: running water, crackling of opening mail etc..I guess the call quality was excellent, crystal clear on the other end! Did not have chance to test wind screen.

New and Good |

I was lucky enough to get in on the first round of this product. My wife and I have had a couple different headsets, I know the 510 unit worked well for us until we lost it. So i ordered one of these, it is less bulky and has the noise cancellation feature which is a bonus. It also has the multi point system that can switch nicely between my music and my phone. From what I saw of other headsets this had the most value, and boy did it work well.
