MIP-1 (64165-01) for Avaya 4610, 4620, 4630 VoIP phones on version 1.8 or later. Avaya 2420 phones on an IP switch. Plantronics MIP-1 adapter cable is a unique cable desinged for Avaya 4610, 4620, 4630 VoIP phones on version 1.8 or later. The MIP allows hook switch control and replaces the handset lifter on the CS50. On the LKA-10, it offers hook switch control and dial pad functionality. An additional feature the MIP-1 provides is remote ring detection. The MIP-1 picks up the electronic ring signal from the switch and rings inside the headset.
