I've used a "normal" headset for years. I can't believe the difference this wirless headset has made. Thanks for recommending it to me.

What a combo! |

I had been looking for a wireless headset that was reliable and had good clarity. In my job, I talk a lot on the phone and can not afford to have my clients think I am talking from a "can'. I had used corded headsets before from Plantronics, whihc worked great, but I wanted the freedom of wireless.
A friend of mine recommended this product, he told me it had great sound on both ends of the call and that anyone you were speaking to, could not tell you were ona wireless headset. Perfect!
I ordered from Telecomsuperstore, they were fast and efficient, and answered my questions promptly and accurately. The CS55 worked as promised, I would never go back to wired and would highly recommend the Plantronics CS55.
